Meditation
channeling a person’s thoughts so that she or he
can find an uninterrupted line of concentration.
This line of concentration helps a person to find
inner peace and not be bothered by the stresses of everyday life. Guided
meditation is the best way for a person to be introduced to the world of
meditation. It can be hard to open a line of intense concentration for a
person who has never tried to do it before. With a guide to help a person
concentrate on one single thought, the process of starting meditation can
be made easier. Some people who are experienced at meditation can still
use guides in their moments of meditation in order to feel a more intense
meditation or to see how deep their concentration can go.
